In Danish fashion designer Karen Simonsen’s flagship store in central Copenhagen our Textured Mountain Silver Black Oak really comes into its own. Using a specially developed technique, the surface of the Black Oak floorboards has been brushed to take off the outer sap layer, revealing a textural effect. A silvery white stain has been used to enhance the grain pattern, which looks stunning on the almost-black background.  The floor adds just the right amount of drama and sophistication, the perfect backdrop to the latest collection.
